Lexus has always put out dependable automobiles with a
subtle sense of luxury, and the 2013 LS 460L is no different. The interior features are made up of touch
controls (display screen), knobs and a “mouse-like” shuttle controller. The layout is not one that can be adapted to
instantaneously, and therefore it is best that the passenger be in charge of
the view screen, but with a little time it would more than likely become second
nature. One of the other strong points are the front and back cameras in the car that making driving more safe inside or outside cities. The materials are all of the standard high
quality that one has come to expect from the Lexus brand as well.
The exterior features are very low key as well, but still
with a distinct sense of superiority and style.
The only thing that might stray from this is the spindle grill which
adds a bit of ostentatious value to an otherwise somber high beltline and plain
wheels.
The V8 engine could use a bit
more power, but it is sufficient and makes the shifting on the car smooth. The brakes are instant when you need
them. The car overall has a lot to offer
for the sticker price of 82,670, and is always quiet, smooth, and steady. The beauty lies on both the inside and the
outside and it is certainly comparable to any other luxury car on the market
today such as the Audi A8 and the Mercedes-Benz S-class.
